These terms explain how Daneshkhana learning content, activities, software, illustrations and downloadable materials may be used. The English version of these terms is the controlling version.
Personal family use
Daneshkhana grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the website and use its learning activities for personal, non-commercial family learning. Materials specifically marked as printable may be printed for personal family use.
Daneshkhana content
Original Daneshkhana text, lesson structure, activity implementations, software, interface design, graphics, illustrations, datasets and other original materials are protected to the extent applicable by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Some materials may include third-party or contributor-owned elements; those remain subject to their own rights or licences.
What you may not do without written permission
- Republish, mirror or redistribute substantial Daneshkhana content or source code.
- Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Daneshkhana activities, printables or datasets.
- Systematically scrape, bulk-download or extract Daneshkhana content.
- Remove or obscure copyright, attribution or rights notices.
- Use Daneshkhana content, datasets or source material to build a competing content library, commercial learning product or training dataset without written permission.
- Present Daneshkhana content as your own work.
Ideas and learning concepts
General educational ideas, methods and concepts may also exist elsewhere. These terms concern Daneshkhana's particular original expression, implementation, code, text, artwork, arrangement and other protectable materials.
User and parent feedback
Parents may send suggestions and feedback. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of a parent's pre-existing material to Daneshkhana. If Daneshkhana wants to use a submitted story, image, recording or other contributed work beyond ordinary feedback, permission should be agreed separately.
Automated access
Ordinary search-engine indexing that respects the site's technical controls is permitted. Automated extraction, scraping, mirroring or bulk collection intended to reproduce, commercialize or build derivative content libraries is not permitted without written permission.
Service availability
Daneshkhana is under active development. Activities, routes, beta features and availability may change. Educational content is provided as a learning resource and should not be treated as a substitute for professional educational, medical or psychological assessment.
Learning access and paid features
Daneshkhana currently uses free adult email verification to unlock most learning activities for up to 14 days on the verified browser. Parents or guardians should use their own email for younger learners; adult learners and educators may use their own email. This access does not create a child account and does not automatically subscribe the access email to marketing messages. Paid membership, cloud learner profiles and paid features are not active unless the website explicitly states otherwise. Additional terms may apply before those features are enabled.
